Welcome to the Honey Brook Borough Authority (HBBA) web site. HBBA is your local municipal water provider. We serve all of Honey Brook Borough, some areas in Honey Brook Township and a very limited area in Caernarvon Township, Lancaster County.

All of the water provided is produced from four (4) groundwater wells. There are two (2) storage tanks as part of the system. We also have one booster pump station. There are approximately 88 fire hydrants connected to the Distribution System for emergency fire service.

We are proud of the high quality water we provide. We meet all of the Federal, State and County regulations for public water suppliers.

The Water Authority is overseen by a five (5) person Board appointed by the Honey Brook Borough Council.

The Authority has an approved Well Head Protection Plan in place. The plan was made possible with the cooperation of Honey Brook Borough, Honey Brook Township, various State and County agencies and local individuals as well as property owners adjacent to our wells.

The Authority has an ongoing program of upgrades and replacement of the system such as: valves, hydrants, water mains. We have added state of the art technology that is applied to various aspects of system operation and authority administration.
